Sleazy Prince

Chika Ramika

Thanks for reading. I have two very beautiful sassy cats. Well who else will brag about their pets if not the owner itself! Chika is a Domestic Long Hair . Today he is 8 months old and weighs about 5 kilogram. Chocó is 9 months old Exotic Longhair with calico color. Let me tell you about my dearest Chika. Chika is our only little prince and he was born in December 2009. Among many other things about Chika:

• Cream shaded (some called it Smoked Red) coat
• with pink color paws.
• Loves to scratch at my couch.
• Always finishes his milk.
• His nose is always wet indicating that he is healthy and happy. He loves to play catch with me regardless what time it is.

Actually Chika was a very decent gift from a dear friend of mine, Izawati. She gave Chika to me when she had decided to migrate back to her hometown and she had more than 10 cats in her house back then. One of her female cat named Gula, a silver colored Domestic Long Hair cat gave birth to two sweet kittens. That day, we came home with two kittens, Chika & Mika. I will tell you what happen to Mika at the next entry.

My first month was a challenge. I'm seriously not really prepared to have a pet since it had been years since I had a pet. Now I have two kittens at my house to take care of. Luckily my partner is living with me so at least there are two people to take a good care of them. Surprisingly, Chika is quite easy to train. He is not fussy about his food and he knows his name and purrs when we call him!!

One thing which is unique about Chika is that he was born with one undescended testicle or cryptorchid or monorchid in medical term. What happened was, only one testicle came out and the other one was up in his abdomen. The vet said that it could be cancerous if we don’t get it removed. Some said if your cat is lucky, it will eventually came out a few months later, but you should keep an eye on it.

But I’m not going to chance it, so I have decided to get him fixed. As soon as possible.Day in and day out when we got home, while inserting the key into the keyhole, Chika will meowed from inside of the house. He will quickly run out as soon as he can fit his whole body out of the small opening of the door. But Chika never ran away. He just rolls around on his belly at my apartment lobby begging us to pet him or pick him up.

Well I guess that’s the Tail’s Tale about my Chika. Now I cant wait to go home to see them <3!!

Pet Infatuation

I'm moving my blogs to blogspot and it is my first blog and this is my story. I’m 26 years old guy working in Kuala Lumpur and living with my partner together for more than 6 years. Between me and my partner we are came from a very different world. Education, family background, religion, race, taste,fashion view etc.  

We are totally different in every ways. Everything. But the only thing we have in common is that we love animal. We love animal so much. We watch National Geography together so much!

During my childhood, I want to be a vet practitioner! I use to have a lot of pets. Cats, guinea pig, hamster, tortoise... You name it! So I just keep my pet and feed them the way I thought it should be. Using my minor’s judgment to do everything. Feeding, bathing, playing as I thought it should. There is no exposure on how to take care of  my pets. And at that time my family did not really taught me what should I do and did not encourage me to be what I want to be. I just follow the flow and become who I am today. Today, that interest is back. Not only for the common animal we have today, but I’m interested with exotic pet too. I have learned more things on how to take care of  the animal, what is the best for them and I am still learning.

Now I have 2 cats with me and I am very passionate towards them and want only the best to them. Still, I love to learn more about other pets and how to take care of them well. So here is my blog. And this is my journey, to learn more and to share knowledge and educate people on what is the best for our pets. This is the place where I will reintroduce the special meaning of pets and the infatuation of pet.
